Bridging the gap between film education and real-world distribution.
MOWiiU™ was created to address a critical gap in film education-distribution literacy. Its founders, who worked in the film industry, saw firsthand that many talented film students were graduating with strong creative and technical skills but had no clear path to distribute their work. They recognized a growing gap between film education and the realities of the professional industry, particularly when it came to audience development, digital streaming, and the delivery standards required for distribution.
We partner with schools to provide private streaming networks where students and professors can securely upload, review, and showcase student films. These networks extend the classroom by introducing students to real-world distribution workflows, including streaming preparation, audience engagement, and Quality Control (QC). Through MOWiiU™ free QC tools, students can check their films for common delivery issues such as audio sync problems, dead pixels, or formatting errors before submission.
By integrating streaming distribution and QC awareness into the academic environment, MOWiiU™ helps students understand what happens after the final cut. The platform gives emerging filmmakers the tools and experience needed to deliver professional-quality work, reach audiences beyond the classroom, and enter the industry with greater confidence.

Ray Rudy is a dynamic film and television producer, media entrepreneur, and creative executive. He has spearheaded productions in film, television, and digital media, guiding projects from initial concept to wide distribution. His credits include work for Discovery Channel, as well as AMC, Showtime, CBS, VH1, Fox, and more, where he shaped both creative vision and production execution. Over his career, Ray has contributed in multiple capacities, including producer, executive producer, editor, and director, earning a reputation for turning ambitious ideas into fully realized productions.
Beyond the set, he is a seasoned entrepreneur, founding and leading multiple companies in media and entertainment. He previously owned and operated Mybridge Media, a full-service production company delivering film, television, and digital content. From 2012 to 2019, he also ran Vintage Heart Records, an independent music label that supported emerging artists and original releases.
Across these ventures, Ray has held executive leadership roles including Founder, Co-Founder, CEO, President, and Creative Director, giving him unmatched insight into both the creative and operational sides of the industry. With this rare combination of production expertise, business acumen, and creative vision, Ray drives initiatives that open doors for emerging filmmakers and media creators, turning opportunity into impact.

Steve Carson began his career in commercial banking in 1974, where he rose from teller to commercial loan officer. After earning his MBA, he joined the world’s largest CPA and consulting firm as a senior consultant advising financial institutions. He later moved into corporate finance and entrepreneurship, building expertise in banking, mergers and acquisitions, and financial consulting.
In 1991, he co-founded an SEC registered broker-dealer specializing in merger and acquisition services. The firm became a leading provider of M&A advisory services for banks across the southeastern United States. Over the course of his career, he has founded or co-founded more than a dozen companies providing financial consulting and advisory services to banks, title insurance firms, and film production companies.
Steve brings a rare blend of executive leadership and creative vision, having held CEO, President, CFO, and General Partner roles across multiple ventures. Beyond finance, he co-founded an independent production company that produced and self-distributed a feature-length documentary, and later launched a company providing filmmakers with production equipment, on-location DIT services, and post-production support. This unique fusion of financial acumen and hands-on industry experience gives MOWii a strategic edge and a perspective few leaders can match.
